36:10

وَسَوَآءٌ عَلَيْهِمْ ءَأَنذَرْتَهُمْ أَمْ لَمْ تُنذِرْهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ ﴿10﴾

Whether thou warn them or thou warn them not, it is alike for them, for they believe not.
