ءَأَنتُمْ أَنزَلْتُمُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُزْنِ أَمْ نَحْنُ ٱلْمُنزِلُونَ ﴿69﴾

Is it ye who shed it from the raincloud, or are We the Shedder?
